Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une aide \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des dispositions en mati\u00e8re de transparence publi\u00e9es par la FINMA (autorit\u00e9 de surveillance des march\u00e9s financiers) en mai 2021 et, \u00e0 terme, \u00e9galement d\u2019un instrument de contr\u00f4le des objectifs climatiques bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019Accord de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Ces chiffres cl\u00e9s se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent exclusivement aux \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 l\u2019impact direct des biens immobiliers. Cela ne doit pas emp\u00eacher les propri\u00e9taires de fonds de rendre compte de mani\u00e8re plus compl\u00e8te de la qualit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de leurs b\u00e2timents, ce que beaucoup font d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il existe de nombreux autres facteurs par lesquels le parc immobilier influence indirectement la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et par cons\u00e9quent les \u00e9missions de CO2 \u2013 la densification des constructions, la densit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation, l\u2019emplacement et la mobilit\u00e9 qui en r\u00e9sulte, mais aussi la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019entretien, la r\u00e9paration et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent.
