Dans ce num\u00e9ro, nous nous int\u00e9ressons \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement en tant que troisi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment.<\/h5>\n<p>En Suisse, les b\u00e2timents contribuent directement \u00e0 hauteur d\u2019environ 30% aux \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et les cantons ont r\u00e9agi depuis longtemps et cr\u00e9\u00e9 les bases de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique avec les \u00ab Mod\u00e8les de prescriptions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des cantons \u00bb (MoPEC) et les programmes de promotion. Les communes orientent \u00e9galement la densification des constructions avec des r\u00e8glements de zones \u00e0 b\u00e2tir. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le le MoPEC pr\u00e9conise l\u2019isolation des b\u00e2timents, l\u2019abandon des \u00e9nergies fossiles et le recours \u00e0 l\u2019autoproduction d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Les deux aspects \u2013 la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e \u2013 sont tout aussi importantes. Pour quelles raisons ?<\/p>\n<h5>G\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles capacit\u00e9s<\/h5>\n<p>Les besoins en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 des pompes \u00e0 chaleur air-eau, principalement utilis\u00e9es, augmentent avec la baisse des temp\u00e9ratures. Cette couverture de pointe ne peut pas \u00eatre absorb\u00e9 par le photovolta\u00efque dans nos zones climatiques. De nouvelles capacit\u00e9s de stockage devraient \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es ou des sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie accessibles de mani\u00e8re flexible devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, sous peine d\u2019un risque de p\u00e9nurie. Les importations \u00e9ventuelles en provenance de l\u2019UE sont incertaines tant que les relations de la Suisse avec l\u2019UE n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9es. Plus les b\u00e2timents consomment d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, plus nous avons besoin de telles capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pas laisser entrer le froid (isolation et \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9) et garder la chaleur (ventilation avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration maximale de la chaleur), telle est la devise ! Contrairement \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 chaleur, l\u2019effet de la ventilation augmente lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue, car l\u2019avantage de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration prend tout son sens. Il est important de s\u00e9lectionner des syst\u00e8mes avec un rendement global \u00e9lev\u00e9, peu encombrants et des conditions de maintenance ma\u00eetrisables, de les installer correctement et les entretenir conform\u00e9ment aux instructions.<\/p>\n<h5>Plusieurs aspects environnementaux<\/h5>\n<p>Toutefois, l\u2019\u00e9nergie de fonctionnement est loin d\u2019\u00eatre le seul aspect environnemental d\u2019un b\u00e2timent. La quantit\u00e9 ainsi que la robustesse des mat\u00e9riaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et donc l\u2019\u00e9nergie grise, les co\u00fbts de nettoyage et d\u2019entretien, le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement et le recyclage des composants du b\u00e2timent ainsi que la mobilit\u00e9 caus\u00e9e par l\u2019emplacement sont aussi d\u2019autres facteurs pertinents. En outre, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des surfaces ext\u00e9rieures v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es, les b\u00e2timents contribuent non seulement \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2, mais aussi \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 et, enfin, au climat urbain. La qualit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents n\u2019est qu\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la m\u00e9daille, le comportement des usagers en est un autre : \u00e0 savoir le comportement en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, de chauffage et de ventilation, et enfin les exigences en mati\u00e8re de surface habitable.
