La pr\u00e9servation et le d\u00e9veloppement du parc immobilier existant sont l\u2019essence m\u00eame de la durabilit\u00e9. L\u2019outil SSREI permet d\u2019identifier les forces et les faiblesses ainsi que le potentiel du parc immobilier existant.<\/h5>\n

Le SSREI s\u2019est d\u00e9sormais bien \u00e9tabli comme instrument de gestion globale et efficace des portefeuilles. Le SSREI sert \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de variantes de projets de d\u00e9veloppement. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en raison de sa proximit\u00e9 et, par cons\u00e9quent, de sa continuit\u00e9 avec le SNBS qu\u2019il se r\u00e9v\u00e8le particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, puisque les enseignements tir\u00e9s de l\u2019analyse SSREI sont directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la planification strat\u00e9gique selon le SNBS. Une fois le b\u00e2timent achev\u00e9, son int\u00e9gration dans le SSREI s\u2019effectue \u00e0 nouveau tr\u00e8s simplement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette compatibilit\u00e9, et le b\u00e2timent continue d\u2019\u00eatre suivi selon les m\u00eames principes durant son exploitation.<\/p>\n
