Il existe ainsi d\u00e9sormais un label suisse de durabilit\u00e9 pour les b\u00e2timents existants.<\/h5>\n<p>Avec le \u00ab SNBS B\u00e2timent existant et exploitation \u00bb, une lacune a \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9e par rapport aux labels \u00e9trangers tels que BREEAM, LEED ou DGNB, \u00e0 savoir la possibilit\u00e9 de faire certifier non seulement les nouvelles constructions et les r\u00e9novations compl\u00e8tes selon le standard correspondant, mais aussi les b\u00e2timents existants.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab SNBS B\u00e2timent existant et exploitation \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment et test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s dans le cadre d\u2019une phase pilote \u00e9tendue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2025. Il repose sur le \u00ab SNBS B\u00e2timent \u00bb et en reprend la structure, l\u2019architecture et les crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Ce standard est applicable aux objets dont l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des travaux remonte \u00e0 au moins trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de certification fonctionne de mani\u00e8re analogue au CEBS. Ainsi, la collecte des donn\u00e9es est effectu\u00e9e par des \u00ab Certified Experts \u00bb, suivie d\u2019une v\u00e9rification ind\u00e9pendante par l\u2019organisme de certification SNBS.
