Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un instrument pratique destin\u00e9 aux villes et aux communes pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une politique du logement adapt\u00e9e aux besoins.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bwo.admin.ch\/fr\/kit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e9der au lien<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Barom\u00e8tre de la densification 2026<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Le Barom\u00e8tre de la densification est une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e par RAUMPIONIERE aupr\u00e8s de la population suisse afin d\u2019obtenir un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019opinion publique sur la densification du b\u00e2ti. Il constitue ainsi une base solide pour la politique, l\u2019administration, la planification et le secteur immobilier. Les r\u00e9sultats de 2026 montrent que la population suisse est majoritairement pr\u00eate \u00e0 accepter la densification \u2013 avec des diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales. Ainsi, la disposition est \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans les villes, solide dans les agglom\u00e9rations et plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9e dans les zones rurales. La moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es estime que la planification est trop \u00e9loign\u00e9e des pr\u00e9occupations de la population.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/raumpioniere.ch\/verdichtungsbarometer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e9der au barom\u00e8tre (en allemand)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">GEW &#8211; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le logement abordable<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2025, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le logement abordable SA (GEW) a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e. Au sein du conseil d\u2019administration si\u00e8gent, outre le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration Daniel Kusio (Impact Immobilien AG), l\u2019\u00e9conomiste de l\u2019immobilier Donato Scognamiglio (IAZI et conseiller cantonal) ainsi que l\u2019entrepreneur Balz Halter (Halter AG). \u00ab L\u2019objectif de cette nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique est de cr\u00e9er et de maintenir durablement en Suisse des logements abordables de mani\u00e8re efficace, professionnelle et avec un impact soci\u00e9tal \u00bb, indiquait un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">SDG \u2013 Sustainable Development Goals<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Les 17 objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs) sont des objectifs politiques des Nations Unies (ONU) visant \u00e0 garantir un d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale sur les plans \u00e9conomique, social et environnemental.<br \/>\nLes SDG suivants pr\u00e9sentent une pertinence particuli\u00e8re pour l\u2019immobilier :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SDG 7: Affordable and clean energy<\/li>\n<li>SDG 11: Sustainable cities and communities<\/li>\n<li>SDG 13: Climate action<\/li>\n<li>SDG 15: Life on land<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e9der aux SDG<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans cette rubrique, vous trouverez des informations int\u00e9ressantes et beaucoup de mati\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9flexion sur le th\u00e8me de la durabilit\u00e9.
