Pourquoi Nova Property Fund Management SA s\u2019appuie-t-elle, pour ses solutions de placement immobilier, sur le Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), reconnu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, ainsi que sur le Swiss Sustainable Real Estate Index (SSREI) ?<\/h5>\n

Par sa participation au GRESB, nous poursuivons essentiellement deux objectifs. D\u2019une part, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses exigences ESG compl\u00e8tes au niveau du portefeuille et de l\u2019entreprise, le GRESB nous permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des standards internationaux de durabilit\u00e9 applicables aux investissements immobiliers. Nous obtenons une vision d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la performance ESG de nos placements immobiliers, identifions d\u2019autres potentiels d\u2019optimisation et pouvons \u00e9valuer pr\u00e9cocement les \u00e9volutions futures. Ce benchmark cr\u00e9e de la transparence et permet une comparaison pertinente avec le march\u00e9 au sein de notre groupe de pairs.<\/p>\n

Depuis son lancement en 2009, le GRESB constitue un indicateur fiable pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la performance en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 des placements immobiliers. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mesurabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la comparabilit\u00e9 des performances ESG des portefeuilles immobiliers, le GRESB a atteint une large acceptation aupr\u00e8s du march\u00e9 et des investisseurs, de sorte que les investisseurs institutionnels, tels que les caisses de pension suisses, utilisent le GRESB comme instrument de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. La participation au GRESB peut non seulement soutenir l\u2019identification pr\u00e9coce des risques et un processus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration structur\u00e9, mais renforce \u00e9galement, par la transparence et la continuit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une gestion immobili\u00e8re durable.<\/p>\n

Avec le SSREI, nous compl\u00e9tons cette approche par une \u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante au niveau des objets. Le SSREI examine de mani\u00e8re exhaustive la durabilit\u00e9 des biens immobiliers sur la base de 36 crit\u00e8res. L\u2019audit ind\u00e9pendant et certifi\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019approche globale nous convainquent.<\/p>\n
