Entre-temps, 37 portefeuilles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contractualis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La SSREI SA agit en tant qu\u2019entit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante, ne poss\u00e9dant aucun bien immobilier et n\u2019offrant aucun autre service sur le march\u00e9. Cet aspect, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la compatibilit\u00e9 du standard avec les labels f\u00e9d\u00e9raux pour les b\u00e2timents, renforce sa cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9. Le SSREI a \u00e9galement obtenu une reconnaissance internationale d\u00e8s 2022 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son acceptation par GRESB, ce qui le place au m\u00eame niveau que les labels \u00e9trangers tels que BREEAM ou LEED.<\/p>\n<p>Le SSREI couvre la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emplacement et du b\u00e2timent ainsi que des aspects op\u00e9rationnels. Il est con\u00e7u comme un indice, visant in fine \u00e0 refl\u00e9ter la qualit\u00e9 durable du parc immobilier suisse. La v\u00e9rification (contr\u00f4le mat\u00e9riel) et la certification par la SQS (contr\u00f4le formel) garantissent une application correcte du standard et assurent aux investisseurs la fiabilit\u00e9 du rating des portefeuilles ainsi que celle de l\u2019indice.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement au d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9, une \u00e9volution m\u00e9thodologique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e. Le standard a \u00e9t\u00e9 all\u00e9g\u00e9 de tout micro-management et l\u2019outil SSREI a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement automatis\u00e9, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019effort n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la collecte des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h5>Perspectives<\/h5>\n<p>Les standards servent de guides pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis actuels ou futurs. Dans ce contexte, la version 2.0 du SSREI sera publi\u00e9e en 2026. Elle approfondira notamment les th\u00e8mes de la \u00ab durabilit\u00e9 sociale \u00bb et de \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire \u00bb.
