L\u2019immobilier reste l\u2019une des classes d\u2019actifs importantes dans le domaine de la durabilit\u00e9. Avec 22 %, il enregistre une croissance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es comparent leurs portefeuilles immobiliers \u00e0 l\u2019aide de cadres \u00e9tablis tels que GRESB, REIDA, ESI ou SSREI, ce qui souligne l\u2019importance des standards en mati\u00e8re de transparence et de comparabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
