Depuis, d\u2019autres initiatives se sont pench\u00e9es sur ce th\u00e8me, sans toutefois en proposer une red\u00e9finition compl\u00e8te.<\/h5>\n<p>La durabilit\u00e9 sociale repose sur une base large dans la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timents \u00bb, en int\u00e9grant des aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 pour les personnes en situation de handicap, mais aussi \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et aux loyers.
