Cela concerne en particulier les travaux d\u2019entretien courants n\u00e9cessaires au maintien de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble. Mais au final, m\u00eame les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019occupation et de location socialement responsables ne peuvent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre que de mani\u00e8re limit\u00e9e dans l\u2019ensemble d\u2019un immeuble en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9e. Ce th\u00e8me constituera le point central de ce num\u00e9ro de notre newsletter.<\/p>\n<h5>W4 Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et droits<\/h5>\n<p>Selon le SSREI, il faut d\u00e9montrer comment les propri\u00e9taires prennent des d\u00e9cisions concernant l\u2019entretien (notamment les r\u00e9parations et r\u00e9novations selon la norme SIA 469), les modifications (agrandissements, transformations, adaptations), les reconstructions de remplacement ainsi que la prolongation des droits de superficie.<\/p>\n<p>Seule la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 individuelle re\u00e7oit une note de \u00ab\u202f3\u202f\u00bb dans le SSREI. Plus la quote-part est faible, plus l\u2019\u00e9valuation est mauvaise.
