Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s\u2019inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <span style=\"color: #ffa536;\"><a style=\"color: #ffa536;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a><\/span>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d\u2019\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et de l\u2019environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. En effet, la d\u00e9molition de b\u00e2timents d\u00e9truit de l\u2019\u00e9nergie grise, tandis que la construction de b\u00e2timents de remplacement en n\u00e9cessite de nouveau. De plus, cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re de grandes quantit\u00e9s de d\u00e9chets, et un patrimoine architectural peut \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre perdu. L\u2019application concr\u00e8te de ces documents est \u00e9galement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e (preuves de maintenance, etc.).
