Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s\u2019inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a>,<\/span> ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d\u2019\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et de l\u2019environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Les donn\u00e9es constituent une base essentielle pour les processus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration. Toutefois, leur collecte peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer co\u00fbteuse, voire impossible. De plus, les donn\u00e9es sont souvent d\u2019une pertinence limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es relatives aux d\u00e9chets en font partie, car la quantit\u00e9 produite d\u00e9pend en grande partie du comportement des habitant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Il est possible d\u2019exercer une influence au niveau de la gestion des d\u00e9chets sur le site et de la proximit\u00e9 avec le point de collecte communal. Le premier aspect peut \u00eatre influenc\u00e9 par le bailleur, raison pour laquelle SSREI y concentre ses efforts\u202f; toutefois, une collecte directe de donn\u00e9es n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<h5>U6 Gestion des d\u00e9chets<\/h5>\n<p>La s\u00e9paration des d\u00e9chets constitue le point de d\u00e9part de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. Ce sont les possibilit\u00e9s de tri des mat\u00e9riaux recyclables et de stockage interm\u00e9diaire des d\u00e9chets qui sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es \u2013 soit sur le site m\u00eame, soit \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 dans des points de collecte communaux accessibles \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019une utilisation commerciale d\u2019un b\u00e2timent, le tri des d\u00e9chets doit avoir lieu sur le lieu de travail, sans quoi il reste inefficace.<\/p>\n<p>Sont donc \u00e9valu\u00e9s l\u2019infrastructure mise \u00e0 disposition par le bailleur ainsi que la distance jusqu\u2019au point de collecte communal.
