Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <span style=\"color: #ffa536;\"><a style=\"color: #ffa536;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a><\/span>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales en vigueur, le chauffage de tous les biens immobiliers doit \u00eatre converti d\u2019\u00e9nergies fossiles \u00e0 des \u00e9nergies et sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables d&rsquo;ici 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;article de l\u2019actuelle newsletter <span style=\"color: #ffa536;\"><a style=\"color: #ffa536;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/transition-energetique-et-blocage-de-la-mise-en-oeuvre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et blocage de la mise en \u0153uvre \u00bb<\/a><\/span>, nous soulignons les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 via des installations photovolta\u00efques d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En lien avec ce sujet, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons donc les indicateurs SSREI suivants.<\/p>\n<h5>U2 Production de chaleur<\/h5>\n<p>Cet indicateur \u00e9value \u00e0 la fois la couverture des besoins en chaleur par des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et celle des besoins en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 provenant de la production interne (installations photovolta\u00efques ou panneaux solaires).
