Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <a href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">reconnu par GRESB<\/span><\/a>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Par exemple, les b\u00e2timents contribuent \u00e0 limiter les dommages li\u00e9s \u00e0 la surchauffe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019isolation thermique, mais ils sont \u00e9galement responsables, dans une large mesure, de l\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation des sols.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons aujourd\u2019hui les deux indicateurs SSREI suivants :<\/p>\n<h5>G14 Protection thermique en \u00e9t\u00e9<\/h5>\n<p>Le chauffage des pi\u00e8ces en \u00e9t\u00e9 est un enjeu qui joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important au cours des changements climatiques. Le r\u00e9chauffement des pi\u00e8ces en \u00e9t\u00e9 est structurellement influenc\u00e9 par la configuration des plans, offrant ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de ventilation transversale, par la proportion de vitrage et par la masse thermique. En second lieu, la protection solaire et les syst\u00e8mes de refroidissement jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant.<\/p>\n<p>La protection thermique estivale est \u00e9galement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment du standard Minergie, ce qui permet aux b\u00e2timents labellis\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence d\u2019obtenir automatiquement la note maximale.<\/p>\n<h5>U9 Imperm\u00e9abilisation des sols<\/h5>\n<p>Le taux d\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation de la parcelle est \u00e9valu\u00e9 et donc la possibilit\u00e9 de laisser l\u2019eau de pluie s\u2019infiltrer ou de la retenir afin de soulager l\u2019infrastructure de drainage.
