Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <a href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">reconnu par GRESB<\/span><\/a>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Il avait alors expliqu\u00e9 que la ventilation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur contribue non seulement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. En effet, les syst\u00e8mes de ventilation sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces en tant que dispositifs de pointe, car la chaleur r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e est d\u2019autant plus pr\u00e9cieuse lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures ext\u00e9rieures sont basses. Plus la diff\u00e9rence entre la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure et int\u00e9rieure est grande, plus la chaleur r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la temp\u00e9rature annuelle moyenne augmente en raison du r\u00e9chauffement climatique, nous continuons d&rsquo;enregistrer des temp\u00e9ratures tr\u00e8s basses durant les mois d&rsquo;hiver. De plus, les experts craignent que le courant du Golfe puisse s\u2019interrompre en raison des perturbations climatiques, ce qui entra\u00eenerait un refroidissement marqu\u00e9 en Europe centrale et septentrionale \u2013 ce courant \u00e9tant responsable du climat temp\u00e9r\u00e9 dont nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions actuellement dans nos r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p>La conclusion \u00e9vidente selon laquelle nous n\u2019aurions \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e0 nous pr\u00e9occuper que de la chaleur estivale et plus du froid hivernal semble toutefois trop optimiste. Dans un tel sc\u00e9nario, le stockage de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 issue de la production photovolta\u00efque deviendrait obsol\u00e8te. Cette \u00e9nergie serait alors utilis\u00e9e en \u00e9t\u00e9 pour le refroidissement et les besoins domestiques, tandis qu\u2019en hiver, elle ne serait plus n\u00e9cessaire, car le syst\u00e8me de chauffage (pompe \u00e0 chaleur) combin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019installation photovolta\u00efque fournirait suffisamment d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour chauffer le b\u00e2timent et alimenter les m\u00e9nages en toute saison. Cependant, le probl\u00e8me climatique ne se r\u00e9soudra pas de mani\u00e8re aussi \u00e9l\u00e9gante. Les syst\u00e8mes de ventilation jouent alors un r\u00f4le encore plus pertinent : ils permettent de r\u00e9duire les besoins de stockage et, par cons\u00e9quent, la capacit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire des installations photovolta\u00efques.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons ci-apr\u00e8s l\u2019indicateur SSREI correspondant :<\/p>\n<h5>G12 Concept de ventilation<\/h5>\n<p>Le SSREI \u00e9value le type de ventilation, la note maximale \u00e9tant attribu\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019une ventilation m\u00e9canique avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur et \u00e9changeur enthalpique, conforme aux exigences de la norme SIA 382\/5, est utilis\u00e9e. De plus, il doit \u00eatre d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les conduits sont isol\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux exigences des MuKEn 2024 (Directives mod\u00e8les des cantons dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9nergie).<\/p>\n<p>Pour les r\u00e9novations, des syst\u00e8mes plus simples peuvent \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre, notamment des entr\u00e9es d\u2019air ext\u00e9rieur avec installation d\u2019extraction ou une ventilation par fen\u00eatres contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par CO2.
