Depuis 2012, le Swiss Real Estate Sentiment Index (sresi\u00ae) dresse un panorama des attentes quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des prix et des perspectives \u00e9conomiques du march\u00e9 suisse de l\u2019immobilier ; il s\u2019est impos\u00e9 au fil des ans comme un indicateur qualitatif avanc\u00e9 de premier ordre.<\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e, plus de 400\u202fprofessionnels de l\u2019immobilier cumulant un volume total de placements ou d\u2019\u00e9valuations sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 CHF\u202f350\u202fmilliards ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate sresi\u00ae\u202f2024 et partag\u00e9 leurs avis sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 et des prix de l\u2019immobilier en Suisse.<\/p>\n

Th\u00e8me sp\u00e9cial : durabilit\u00e9<\/h5>\n

\"\"<\/a>Pour au moins 63% des sond\u00e9s, les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des logements constituent un obstacle dans la mise en \u0153uvre de leur strat\u00e9gie ESG (environnementale, sociale et de gouvernance) et dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9finis pour l\u2019immobilier r\u00e9sidentiel. 11% seulement pensent que les mesures prises par le gouvernement n\u2019ont pas d\u2019influence sur l\u2019atteinte de leurs objectifs de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>28% des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont plut\u00f4t ou clairement d\u2019avis que l\u2019objectif net z\u00e9ro \u00e0 l\u2019horizon\u202f2050 pourra \u00eatre atteint en suivant les trajectoires de r\u00e9duction d\u00e9finies et en prenant les mesures\u202fESG qui vont de pair. Sur un an, ce pourcentage s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 de dix points. 30% du panel reste convaincu que l\u2019objectif net z\u00e9ro ne pourra pas \u00eatre atteint en\u202f2025.<\/p>\n
