Cet article pr\u00e9sente bri\u00e8vement son contenu et met en \u00e9vidence sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec le SSREI.<\/h5>\n<p>Le secteur immobilier joue un r\u00f4le majeur en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9. Les b\u00e2timents consomment d&rsquo;importantes quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;eau, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des \u00e9missions de CO2, occupent des terrains et n\u00e9cessitent des ressources pour leur construction. Leurs espaces ext\u00e9rieurs contribuent \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 et au climat local. Ils sont des lieux de refuge, mais aussi de rencontre. Enfin, les b\u00e2timents sont des biens culturels et, surtout, des biens d&rsquo;investissement dont il convient de pr\u00e9server la valeur.<br \/>\nLa taxonomie de l&rsquo;UE est un concept global de durabilit\u00e9 dans les domaines ESG (Environnement, Social, Gouvernance), les aspects sociaux et de gouvernance \u00e9tant encore en cours de d\u00e9veloppement. En revanche, des exigences et des directives sp\u00e9cifiques existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour les crit\u00e8res environnementaux, qui sont structur\u00e9s comme suit :<\/p>\n<h5>1. Protection du climat<\/h5>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s doivent contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre afin de soutenir les objectifs mondiaux de temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;Accord de Paris. Cela inclut la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions ou la promotion de technologies \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone.<\/p>\n<h5>2. Adaptation au changement climatique<\/h5>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s doivent promouvoir la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation aux effets du changement climatique. Cela inclut la pr\u00e9servation des habitats naturels, la protection des esp\u00e8ces menac\u00e9es et la promotion de pratiques agricoles durables.<\/p>\n<p>Que signifient ces crit\u00e8res pour l&rsquo;immobilier et dans quelle mesure sont-ils int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le SSREI ? Les exigences l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9missions ne sont pas abord\u00e9es, car la Suisse dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;une mise en \u0153uvre fonctionnelle \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. De m\u00eame, les installations sanitaires ne sont pas prises en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Le SSREI inclut \u00e9galement de nombreux crit\u00e8res sociaux.
