Le chauffage au mazout actuel sera remplac\u00e9 par le chauffage urbain d\u00e8s que celui-ci sera disponible sur le site. Les appartements seront r\u00e9nov\u00e9s en profondeur et dot\u00e9s de nouvelles cuisines, salles de bains et rev\u00eatements de sol. Les plans seront en partie adapt\u00e9s aux besoins modernes. Les polluants seront \u00e9limin\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sismique sera am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.
