Le plus grand levier pour la r\u00e9utilisation dans l’existant est la conservation des structures primaires (fondations, structure porteuse, planchers). Celles-ci doivent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es dans la mesure du possible, plut\u00f4t que de d\u00e9molir le b\u00e2timent dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. Dans ce domaine, de nombreux propri\u00e9taires de b\u00e2timents existants se simplifient encore trop la t\u00e2che. Pourtant, en Suisse, de nombreuses structures primaires sont con\u00e7ues pour une tr\u00e8s longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n
