Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a><\/span>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Mais se loger ne signifie pas seulement avoir un toit sur la t\u00eate. Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement de cr\u00e9er des espaces de vie durables et des formes d&rsquo;habitat social, de prendre en compte les besoins des utilisateurs et de garantir la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre. Tous ces aspects sont inclus dans le SSREI. Ci-dessous, nous souhaitons nous concentrer sur le point de vue de l&rsquo;utilisateur et pr\u00e9senter les cinq indicateurs SSREI suivants :<\/p>\n<h5>G4 Accessibilit\u00e9<\/h5>\n<p>Les exigences relatives aux constructions sans obstacles sont d\u00e9finies dans la norme SIA 500. Celle-ci fait la distinction entre les exigences de base et les exigences accrues. Or, les exigences de base seraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop contraignantes pour les b\u00e2timents actuels. Ainsi, le SSREI met l&rsquo;accent sur la question de savoir si les b\u00e2timents sont habitables en cas de handicap physique temporaire, de vieillissement successif ou pour les familles. Les aspects centraux sont l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s sans obstacle au b\u00e2timent ainsi que la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un ascenseur.<\/p>\n<h5>G5 Espaces int\u00e9rieur favorisant les rencontres<\/h5>\n<p>La coh\u00e9sion sociale qui se cr\u00e9e par les lieux associatifs contribue \u00e0 la satisfaction des habitants ainsi qu\u2019au lien au b\u00e2timent \/ quartier et donc indirectement \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la fluctuation et du taux de vacance. Il s&rsquo;agit notamment des possibilit\u00e9s de rencontre ou des offres semi-publiques dans l&rsquo;environnement du quartier qui font partie du b\u00e2timent\/du site.<\/p>\n<h5>G6 Espaces ext\u00e9rieurs favorisant les rencontres<\/h5>\n<p>L&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs a une dimension \u00e0 la fois urbanistique (trait\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;indicateur \u00ab G1 Urbanisme et architecture \u00bb) et sociale. Cet indicateur se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;espaces de rencontre, de d\u00e9tente, de jeu et de repli \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<h5>G7 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 subjective<\/h5>\n<p>Bien que la Suisse ne soit pas un pays o\u00f9 la criminalit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9e, le sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, contribue au bien-\u00eatre. Des possibilit\u00e9s de rencontres sans obstacle, un adressage clair du b\u00e2timent\u00a0et un bon \u00e9clairage ont un effet positif sur le sentiment subjectif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Un trac\u00e9 clair et un \u00e9clairage automatique\u00a0font partie des crit\u00e8res essentiels.<\/p>\n<h5>G9 Qualit\u00e9 d\u2019usage<\/h5>\n<p>La fonctionnalit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire leur ad\u00e9quation avec leur utilisation, est\u00a0\u00e9valu\u00e9e avec la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation. Dans ce contexte, une sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e appropri\u00e9e tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur est \u00e9galement pertinente, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement et la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ameublement.
