Le secteur de la construction et de l’immobilier soutient la pr\u00e9servation des b\u00e2timents existants, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de l’\u00e9nergie grise. \u2013 mais dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il fixe souvent d’autres priorit\u00e9s.<\/h5>\n

Pour le secteur de la construction et de l’immobilier, la r\u00e9duction de l’\u00e9nergie grise est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure. C’est ce que montre une nouvelle enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d’un large panel d’experts \u00e0 la demande de l’association Green Building Suisse. La rentabilit\u00e9, l’utilisabilit\u00e9 et la construction de logements en nombre suffisant sont toutefois des priorit\u00e9s pour le secteur. L’association vient de pr\u00e9senter cette conclusion lors de son assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tir\u00e9e de la base de discussion \u00ab Existence et remplacement, \u00e0 quelles conditions ? \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, le remplacement partiel\/substitution est (encore) souvent privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 : les propri\u00e9taires, les d\u00e9veloppeurs et l’industrie du b\u00e2timent consid\u00e8rent que les co\u00fbts plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, le manque de rentabilit\u00e9 et de volont\u00e9 de payer ainsi qu’un \u00e9ventail de solutions plus restreint constituent des d\u00e9fis majeurs pour les projets de construction. Mais d’autres raisons plaident \u00e9galement en faveur du remplacement : Lorsque les structures d’utilisation ne conviennent plus ou qu’il est possible de cr\u00e9er davantage de logements.<\/p>\n

La branche voit un autre potentiel dans des processus de planification et de r\u00e9alisation plus efficaces. Des normes r\u00e9duites, des incitations \u00e9tatiques pour la poursuite de la construction et des obstacles plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les oppositions devraient permettre d’activer les potentiels.<\/p>\n

Outre les questions urgentes relatives au changement climatique, d’importantes questions sociales sont toutefois en jeu. Par exemple, la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux logements abordables – la mise \u00e0 disposition de telles surfaces n\u00e9cessite selon eux des compromis, notamment en ce qui concerne l’\u00e9nergie grise.<\/p>\n
