Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a><\/span>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation est qualitative.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents de 60 ans ou plus obtiennent automatiquement le maximum de points. Cela s&rsquo;explique par le fait que les b\u00e2timents sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme amortis apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode. Il est ainsi tenu compte de la philosophie largement r\u00e9pandue qui consiste \u00e0 conserver les b\u00e2timents dans la mesure du possible et \u00e0 les entretenir de mani\u00e8re professionnelle afin de maximiser leur dur\u00e9e de vie et de minimiser les frais d&rsquo;entretien (r\u00e9parations, etc.).<\/p>\n<h5>U3 Qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux du gros \u0153uvre<\/h5>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation porte sur l&rsquo;utilisation du b\u00e9ton RC et sur le mode de construction.
