Outre la promotion de la vitalit\u00e9 physique, il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement de soutenir les habitants de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e dans leur vie quotidienne et de les mettre en r\u00e9seau. Cela permet notamment de tenir compte des aspects sociaux de la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans le lotissement \u00ab bonaLiving \u00c4gerisee \u00bb Le b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit selon des principes \u00e9cologiques et enrichi de diverses offres telles qu&rsquo;une salle de fitness, une physioth\u00e9rapie ou un service de conciergerie. Le service de garde d&rsquo;enfants permet en outre d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 pour les familles et de viser la meilleure mixit\u00e9 sociale possible. L&rsquo;objectif de ce concept visionnaire est de prot\u00e9ger et de renforcer la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale, ce qui a notamment le potentiel de retarder, voire de r\u00e9duire compl\u00e8tement, le besoin de maisons de retraite et de soins. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les loyers, qui se situent dans le segment moyen sup\u00e9rieur, sont justifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;une visite guid\u00e9e et d&rsquo;une tavolata de haute qualit\u00e9 gastronomique, la manifestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 encadr\u00e9e par une table ronde. Ivo Bracher, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration de bonacasa SA et de bonainvest Holding SA, Wolfgang Hardt, CEO et partenaire de Burckhardt Architektur ainsi qu&rsquo;Elvira Bieri, directrice de SSREI SA, se sont adress\u00e9s au public, sous la mod\u00e9ration de Carmen Schirm du Handelszeitung.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, le grand public a \u00e9galement eu l&rsquo;occasion de visiter ce projet d&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Le lotissement d&rsquo;Unter\u00e4geri est un immeuble de bonainvest.
