Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconnu par GRESB<\/a><\/span>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. Elle mentionne sp\u00e9cifiquement la lumi\u00e8re du jour, la protection contre le bruit, les radiations et les \u00e9missions des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous souhaitons, dans ce num\u00e9ro, vous pr\u00e9senter plus en d\u00e9tail les quatre indicateurs SSREI suivants :<\/p>\n<h5>G10 Lumi\u00e8re naturelle<\/h5>\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re naturelle est favoris\u00e9e ou entrav\u00e9e par la structure du b\u00e2timent, le plan et l&rsquo;environnement, c&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation qualitative se fait sur la base de ces crit\u00e8res. Aucune mesure de la lumi\u00e8re du jour n&rsquo;est exig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h5>G11 Protection contre le bruit<\/h5>\n<p>L&rsquo;exposition au bruit d\u00e9pend de sources externes et internes. L&rsquo;exposition et la qualit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent (fen\u00eatres antibruit et isolation contre les bruits d&rsquo;impact) sont donc les crit\u00e8res utilis\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. L&rsquo;exposition est \u00e9valu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de portefeuille SSREI sur la base du num\u00e9ro EGID (num\u00e9ro d&rsquo;identification f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des b\u00e2timents). La qualit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e sur la base de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de construction ou de r\u00e9novation. Cette derni\u00e8re se base sur la norme SIA 181:1988 \u00ab Protection contre le bruit dans le b\u00e2timent \u00bb, qui a un caract\u00e8re quasi l\u00e9gal : ainsi, les b\u00e2timents construits \u00e0 partir de 1991 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme bons en termes d&rsquo;isolation acoustique, compte tenu d&rsquo;une phase de planification et de construction de trois ans.<\/p>\n<h5>G13 Radon<\/h5>\n<p>Comme pour l&rsquo;exposition au bruit, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;exposition et la qualit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent qui sont prises en compte pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation. L&rsquo;exposition au radon est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e automatiquement par l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des sources de donn\u00e9es publiques disponibles. Pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents, des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques sont propos\u00e9es, telles que le colmatage des cavit\u00e9s ou une a\u00e9ration suffisante.<\/p>\n<h5>U4 Qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux du second \u0153uvre<\/h5>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux, il s&rsquo;agit en premier lieu de l&rsquo;amiante et des PCB, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e entre 1960 et 1992. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation se fait donc \u00e0 nouveau sur la base de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de construction ou de r\u00e9novation.
