Le 13 mars, la Real Estate Investment Data Association (REIDA) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son rapport sur le CO2 \u00e0 Zurich et le r\u00e9sultat de son benchmark 2023.<\/h5>\n

En 2023, REIDA a d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois son benchmark CO2. Au total, 22 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res avec 61 portefeuilles y ont particip\u00e9. Cela repr\u00e9sente 5290 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s avec une surface de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique totale d’environ 28 millions de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et une valeur marchande totale de 173,5 milliards.<\/p>\n

Le 13 mars, l’association a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du benchmark 2023 et a annonc\u00e9 qu’il est d\u00e9sormais possible de cr\u00e9er un \u00ab\u00a0Rapport CO2 REIDA\u00a0\u00bb. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les acteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer au benchmark CO2 2024.<\/p>\n

La m\u00e9thode REIDA devient de plus en plus un standard de l’industrie : Des organisations telles que l’Association Suisse des Institutions de Pr\u00e9voyance (ASIP) et l’Association suisse pour des investissements responsables (ASIR) recommandent explicitement cette m\u00e9thodologie de calcul. De plus, elle est \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9e par l’Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS) ainsi que par la Conf\u00e9rence des Administrateurs de Fondations de Placement (CAFP).<\/p>\n
