Tout comme le SNBS (Standard de Construction Durable Suisse), le SSREI s&rsquo;inspire de la norme SIA 112\/1 \u00ab Construction durable \u2013 B\u00e2timent \u00bb. De plus, le SSREI est <a href=\"https:\/\/ssrei.ch\/fr\/ameliorez-votre-notation-gresb-avec-ssrei\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">reconnu par GRESB<\/span><\/a>, ce qui lui vaut une reconnaissance internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie th\u00e9matique, quelques-uns des 36 indicateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation SSREI issus des domaines de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;environnement (EES) seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s chaque mois. La croissance d\u00e9mographique et les r\u00e9serves fonci\u00e8res limit\u00e9es nous obligent \u00e0 prendre des mesures telles qu&rsquo;une utilisation accrue.<\/p>\n<p>Cela n\u00e9cessite une volont\u00e9 politique, mais aussi la reconnaissance par les propri\u00e9taires immobiliers que la transformation durable des immeubles existant ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e uniquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des optimisations du b\u00e2timent, mais n\u00e9cessite une approche globale. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre comprises et trait\u00e9es comme faisant partie du d\u00e9veloppement urbain. Et ce concept est \u00e0 la base de SSREI.<\/p>\n<h5>G2 Densit\u00e9 d\u2018utilisation<\/h5>\n<p>Cet indicateur est sp\u00e9cifiquement d\u00e9fini par usage. Pour le type d&rsquo;utilisation \u00ab LOGEMENT \u00bb les \u00d8 m2 SUP (surface utile principale) par habitant sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s, et pour l&rsquo;utilisation \u00ab BUREAU \u00bb, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9tages (surface utilisable SU \/ surface brute SB) est analys\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation est une mesure de la consommation de ressources, y compris la terre, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (zone de consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie\/personne), et l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie incorpor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les donn\u00e9es correspondantes ne sont pas encore disponibles, elles peuvent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es progressivement.<\/p>\n<h5>U10 Utilisation<\/h5>\n<p>La divergence entre l&rsquo;utilisation effective et l&rsquo;utilisation maximale autoris\u00e9e est \u00e9valu\u00e9e sur la base de la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur en mati\u00e8re de construction et des dispositions l\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<p>La possibilit\u00e9 de densification du b\u00e2timent mesure l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;espace.
