Les crit\u00e8res ESG sont un aspect central de chaque d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;investissement et de l&rsquo;orientation strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;auparavant, l&rsquo;accent \u00e9tait principalement mis sur les \u00e9missions de CO2 et les indicateurs quantitatifs, les aspects sociaux et les principes de gouvernance suscitent d\u00e9sormais une attention croissante. Je vois cela comme une tendance positive qui encourage une vision globale des investissements et ne se limite pas \u00e0 une optimisation unidimensionnelle. Il est crucial d&rsquo;identifier et de r\u00e9soudre les conflits potentiels inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 cette approche. Insister sur des exigences maximales retarderait les projets immobiliers et donc le progr\u00e8s dans les trois dimensions pendant des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, un large dialogue doit \u00eatre men\u00e9 entre les utilisateurs, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (politique), les planificateurs et les investisseurs.
