La norme est con\u00e7ue comme un syst\u00e8me de gestion et comprend un ensemble de r\u00e8gles pour une gestion durable des entreprises dans le secteur immobilier. GRESB r\u00e9vise les exigences de la norme annuellement et les ajuste pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation suivante.<\/p>\n<p>Par la suite, Max Maywald, Associ\u00e9e, Relations membres &#8211; DACH chez GRESB, explique les contenus pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans le cadre du webinaire <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/hslu.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_ctDjuMM5RjSe0g1BDwmBoA#\/registration\">HSLU-RICS<\/a><\/span> du 25 octobre sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Durabilit\u00e9 dans le patrimoine immobilier : normes et r\u00e9glementations en Suisse \u00bb, en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9vision GRESB 2024.<\/p>\n<h5>Un aper\u00e7u des changements pour 2024<\/h5>\n<p>En plus de la modification partielle de la grille d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de la consolidation de l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;indicateurs, la r\u00e9vision 2024 se concentre sur les domaines suivants. Une nouveaut\u00e9 fondamentale est que chaque pays utilisateur est d\u00e9sormais pris en compte comme un facteur dans le calcul du benchmarking des donn\u00e9es de performance, permettant ainsi de tenir compte des diff\u00e9rences locales de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.
