Concr\u00e8tement, des points peuvent \u00eatre obtenus pour les exigences GRESB suivantes :<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #f79400;\">RM4 : ESG due diligence for new acquisitions<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Selon le GRESB, les nouveaux b\u00e2timents doivent faire l\u2019objet de contr\u00f4les de diligence approfondis avant d\u2019\u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le portefeuille. Le SSREI exige une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entretien ainsi qu\u2019un concept d\u2019exploitation op\u00e9rationnel qui tienne compte des normes sectorielles pertinentes. Ce concept doit \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 satisfaire aux exigences du GRESB.<\/p>\n<p>Points possibles \u00e0 obtenir par le SSREI lors du Real Estate Assessment du GRESB : <span style=\"color: #f79400;\">1 sur 1 points<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #f79400;\">RA1 : Risk assessments performed on standing investments portfolio<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Le GRESB exige que le portefeuille immobilier soit contr\u00f4l\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e8te et p\u00e9riodique, conform\u00e9ment aux crit\u00e8res qu\u2019il a d\u00e9finis. Celui qui \u00e9value ses biens immobiliers selon le SSREI remplit les exigences du GRESB.<\/p>\n<p>Points possibles \u00e0 obtenir par le SSREI lors du Real Estate Assessment du GRESB : <span style=\"color: #f79400;\">3 sur 3 points<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #f79400;\">EN1, GH1, MR1+2: Energy consumption (+ external verification)<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Le GRESB exige un monitoring \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Le SSREI exige \u00e9galement une certification des donn\u00e9es \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Cependant, SSREI ne prend pas en compte l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 domestique, qui repr\u00e9sente environ 30% de la consommation totale d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019un b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Points possibles \u00e0 obtenir par le SSREI lors du Real Estate Assessment du GRESB (EN1) :\u00a0<span style=\"color: #f79400;\">7.5 sur 11 points (0.7 * 11 points)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour autant que des s\u00e9ries de donn\u00e9es de \u22652 ans soient disponibles.
