Le rapport de souscription est de 4 pour 1. La p\u00e9riode de souscription s\u2019\u00e9tend du 15 mai au 5 juin 2023. Les moyens issus de l&rsquo;augmentation de capital permettront de financer la strat\u00e9gie de croissance du fonds.<\/p>\n<h5>Entr\u00e9e en bourse<\/h5>\n<p>Sous r\u00e9serve de l&rsquo;approbation des actionnaires lors d&rsquo;une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale extraordinaire pr\u00e9vue pour fin juin 2023 et de la FINMA, la cotation du fonds immobilier est pr\u00e9vue pour fin ao\u00fbt\/d\u00e9but septembre 2023 avec la Banque Cantonale de Zurich comme lead manager.
